since beginning of 2025 we are facing difficulties in sending items over to the USA. The customs are taking hostage of our parcels for quite long time. Items dissapeared during transport. Customers became customes charged.
We want you to know:
We send all orders – deliver duty paid – taxes included !
Now we figured out a workaround: depending on the order we ship from private by busing a single delivery contract each order. We state different custom declarations so that its alwas under 150 USD to get it faster through the customs. Our items declaration is “cosmetics”
Unfortunately certain amounts of liquids for example 5 Liter containers belonging to “import controlled and restricted items” This might cause certain difficulties with transport partners and customs. We do not have influence on that.
Every package between 1kg and 5kg costs us 58€ transport we charge you 50€ even if its over the 5 KG we take it on us.
Currently the expected delivery times are between 5 and 14 days with DHL Germany
