ABOUT OUR WATER
We are using a mix of 3 different mineral waters. One of them is a living mineral water with only 19.6 milligrams of dissolved substances, is considered one of the lightest and purest waters in the world.
Water with such a low mineral content supports the human metabolism because it transports nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, and vitamins more effectively into the cells and removes metabolic waste products such as uric acid from the body more effectively than conventional mineral water.
It originates from an artesian spring in a biosphere reserve on the Monviso mountain. The UNESCO-protected landscape is so pristine that no harmful environmental influences enter the underground water channels. The particularly hard granite gneiss rock purifies the water over many decades, ensuring its low mineral salt content. The artesian mountain spring ensures that the water is vibrant and pure, with a particularly fine crystalline cluster structure.
